The 2nd Bear Faestival started 15.12.2016 in Tomsk city. You can visit it till 21.01.2017 in the First Museum of Slovac Mythology.

“Shaman of Kulay” is done.
All of symbols except used on dress, armor and axe were used in Kulay civilisation lived long time ago on territory of Siberia.
